is very excited to announce our new Vehicle Data
Recorder (VDR)
product that captures odometer readings, vehicle i.d.'s
and driver i.d.'s to provide our MegaTrak® customers with "passive
system" functionality without the expense of
trenching, antennas, receivers, etc.Our VDR is an extremely simple and cost-efficient two-step process that provides for less time at the pump) and simultaneously improves the accuracy and integrity of information flowing into your MegaTrak® fleet management system. The unique split-component design and creative approach consists of inexpensive VDR Units mounted within your fleet vehicles and a portable VDR Calibration Unit that is utilized to initially program the VDR Units with their respective MegaTrak® vehicle identification number and respective odometer.
