MegaTrak® Customer
SUPPORT MegaTronics International Corp. (MTI) provides a Customer Service website for MegaTrak® System users, owners and installers. Included on the site are numerous documents, technical papers, drawings, user’s guides, software tools, software updates, installation and operation manuals. There is also a troubleshooting section, a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section, and a "Wiki" (glossary/dictionary) section. This site also has a section for communication with the MTI engineering department and an area where uploads to MTI can be performed, if needed. All MegaTrak® customers, service technicians, electrical companies, pump company, installers can access the website using a web browser with internet access after receiving log in information from MTI.
