Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty and need servicing, contact us at 800-684-4316 and we will take care of you. Also, we offer an extended maintenance contract that can be purchased each year. Price depends on amount and type of equipment.

Statement of Guarantee

MegaTronics International Corp. will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
